AeroChef was selected as IT solution partner for Brahims SATS, Malaysia. On 18 December 2015, SATS and Brahim’s Holdings Berhad (BHB) signed an agreement, to forge an inflight catering partnership in Malaysia. This is an exciting development for SATS and Brahims, and it enables us to enhance our service for our airline customers in another key hub in Asia. The collaboration will also allow BHB to tap on SATS’ experience and scale, as well as its large network in Asia, to create more value for customers.The Brahims SATS flight kitchen serves Malaysian Airlines base station, Air Asia, Malindo Air among others. The kitchen will support over 420 flights a day at a capacity of 80,000 meals a day with 50,000 in-house meals and rest as outsourced meals.AeroChef system will bring vast improvements with its integrated business process covering costing, pricing, deliveries and billing which happen in real time.
